The Pier

For those of you who don't know, we went on a cruise right after we hit up Disneyland.  We had a few hours to spare between leaving Disneyland and boarding our cruise ship, so we drove around for like an hour trying to find somewhere to go and ended up at the Santa Monica Pier.  It was actually pretty cold and my feet hurt SO bad from walking around Disneyland the past two days, so I was pretty much walking on the outsides of my feet for days.  

We got some lunch at the beach and then parked it at Muscle Beach to basically people watch.  Seriously, I could have sat there for a few more hours at least and not even be a little bored.  We saw plenty of old men working out, some karate training, some break dancers and then some people who looked like they were mediocre Cirque performers.  And we didn't even have to move because all of this happened right in front of our face.
