It seems like I have been sick for a REALLY long time. It is almost like I can't remember the last time I was healthy! I just keep going from one thing to another. First it was breathing, then the car wreck, then a cold, then coughing, then the flu, then more coughing. I think I have had a cough for like three weeks now. I am so sick of being sick!!
Not only me, but Jordan keeps catching things too. He has had the stomach flu, migraine headaches and now the body flu. We just can't seem to get better! It's funny though because we never really catch what the other has... except this last time. We are lucky with that though... even though we just end up catching something else.
It is funny how different each of us likes to be treated while we are sick. When I am sick, I love someone to be right there holding my hand, taking care of me and comforting me. Jordan however is no where near the same. I want to be able to help him. I want to make him soup, rub his head, get him medicine... I want to be able to make him better! He doesn't really want my help though. In fact, I am pretty sure he would just prefer that I just leave him alone and sit on the other couch. And while I want someone to be there sitting by me at all times while I am sick, Jordan would prefer to just have me take him home. I guess I am just a girl, and he is just a boy.

I'm glad he has someone there to take care of him though, the truth is is is still kind of a baby...i can say that because I am his older sister. It does seem like he was just sick! That sucks, get better soon. Jack is still making lego creations for Jordan, last night I wanted him to go to bed and he was yet again making something for Jordan, and he said to me, "Mommy you will make Jordan really sad." So I think you guys just need to come down again soon! Sorry that was a really long comment.
Don't let him fool you - he likes to be babied! Remember he has 3 older sisters who doted on him as well as his Mom. Please take care of our little Jordi!
I guess no one remembers how stubborn dad is when hes sick. He always wanted to be locked in his room with the tv on, and only wanted help from us when we could be his slaves. Jordan is kind of like that. Just give him a blanket and the remote. Just dont stand in front of the tv so that he cant push the "display" button over and over and over again. (He has OCD and he will deny it but we can all tell you all about it.)
That is exactly how Gabe is, he never wants to be comforted, it is so alien to me! He gets hurt, and he doesn't want to be ignored, but he also doesn't want me to pick him up and hold him and rock him and tell him "shhhh".
Laine on the other hand....
